The NSNA 43rd MidYear Conference is held every fall. It is the perfect opportunity for nursing students across the U.S. to learn and network. The Convention offers nursing specialty panels and various education workshops for nursing students. Learn from top nursing leaders, prepare for your future profession, and have some fun. You will have the opportunity to learn new skill sets and test taking strategies while attending multiple education sessions including a live NCLEX-RN Review. You will meet NSNA leaders including the Board of Directors, Nominating and Elections Committee, and the chair of the Resolutions Committee.
Exhibits provide opportunities for you to meet with exhibitors from a variety of employment and academic settings, NCLEX vendors and publishers. Also, receive expert advice for career development including interview skills, resume building, and future education opportunities. Faculty can earn contact hours with the faculty program.

Parking Information
Garage: Vermont Street Parking Garage
1004 West Vermont Street
Indianapolis, IN 46202
Please take a ticket at the gate upon entering the garage and park in any unmarked space (do not park in “reserved” spots). You will receive a parking permit at the convention to scan when you leave the garage.
The Vermont Street Parking Garage is directly connected to the Campus Center via interior doors. If you need assistance finding the lot, attendants will be available.
Arrival Time & Check-In
Welcome Speech: The IANS Executive Board will begin the day with a welcome speech at 10:00 a.m. in Campus Center Theater 001
Check-In Location: Check-in will take place directly outside Campus Center Theater 001. After entering the Campus Center, take the elevator or escalator down one floor to find the check-in table.
Breakfast and Vendor Networking: Begins at 10:15 a.m. on the 4th floor (Campus Center 450s).
Meal Times
Breakfast (10:15 – 11:30 a.m., CC 450s):
Assorted breakfast pastries, scones, or muffins
Seasonal fresh fruit display
Regular and decaf coffee
Iced water
Lunch (2:00 – 2:50 p.m., CC 450s):
Guests may choose from:
Ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich
Roasted Turkey and Cheddar Sandwich
Grilled Vegetable and Hummus Wrap
All lunches include chips, seasonal whole fruit, and a carnival cookie.
Dress Code
Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable business casual or business professional attire. Acceptable items include slacks, trousers, blouses, and blazers. Please wear closed-toe shoes.

2025 Indiana Association of Nursing Students Convention
This years conference will be held on Purdue University’s campus in Stewart Center. This event is in partnership with Purdue Student Nurse Association. The theme for this event is for the love of nursing.

Parking Information
Location: Parking is available at Grant Street Parking Garage, located directly across from the Stewart Center.
Address: 120 Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906
Cost: Parking will be validated by IANS.
Instructions:
When entering the garage, you will click the button on the machine for a printed ticket that you will leave anywhere in your car.
One of the IANS board members will give you a QR code ticket to validate parking. When exiting the garage, scan the QR code ticket instead of the printed ticket. You should not be asked to pay for parking when exiting.

Arrival Time: The IANS Executive Board members will give a Welcome Speech beginning at 9 a.m. in Fowler Hall. Breakfast and networking with vendors will begin at 9:15 a.m.
Check-in Location: Upon arrival, please proceed to our check-in desk directly outside of Fowler Hall. If you are parking in Grant Street Garage, there is an underground tunnel from the parking garage to Stewart Center and Fowler Hall. There will be signs along the way to guide or feel free to look at the above landmarks from the garage to Fowler Hall.. One of our team members will meet you at the check-in table and give you a folder of necessary materials to navigate the conference.
Meal Times
Breakfast: Bagels, donuts, orange juice, coffee, and bottled water will be served from 9:15 to 10:45 a.m. to attendees in room 218.
Lunch: Boxed lunches containing cold meat sandwiches will be served from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in room 218.
Refreshments: Tortilla chips, salsa, fruit, and bottled water will be served from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. directly outside of Fowler Hall.
Coffee: A hot and cold coffee bar will be available all day for attendees in Room 206.
Dress Code
Please dress in comfortable business casual or business professional attire. This can include blazers, blouses, slacks, or trousers. Please wear closed-toe shoes.
